I have been a model, actress and athlete for years; 2012 was my first year competing in body building. In December of 2011, I started training for the Bikini category of NSABBA.
The Maritime Bodies Fitness Show came just two weekends earlier so I entered to gain a little experience before Provincials. I competed in Bikini category and won 1st place!
Feeling a little less nervous, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the NSABBA Provincial Championship. I didn't know what to expect but just did my best and was delightfully surprised to place 1st in my category Bikini Tall. I had the honour of sharing the "Overall" competition with Carolyn Hoops and Allison Lynds, where the beautiful Allison won Bikini Overall.

I'm excited to return to NSABBA for 2013 and will be happy with whatever the cards hold as I'm already qualified for CBBF Nationals this August and this is all a great learning experience as a trainer.
